Unlike other businesses who offer full wedding planning, we chose to focus on Month-of Coordination (widely known as Day-Of-Coordinaton) for those couples who have the plan but just need help with the logistics. Think of me as your wedding day confidant, your Gal Pal and reliable event manager who is here to allow you to truly sit back and enjoy your day! My participation in your event allows you to cherish every single moment that you have worked hard on planning and have spent countless hours dreaming of.

Month-Of (Day-Of) Coordination

  Description:  

Month of Coordination Services involve overseeing and coordinating all aspects of a wedding in the final month leading up to the event. I will start working with you 3 months prior to your wedding date to ensure the best possible stress-free experience. This includes working closely with vendors, creating timelines and schedules, and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day of your the wedding. The goal of these services is to alleviate stress for you and your family by handling all the last-minute details and making sure everything runs according to plan.

With this service, you and your partner (or just you) can relax and enjoy your big day, knowing that a professional is handling all the details.

  • Partial Day (8 hours) $1500

  • Mid-Day (10 hours) $1800

  • Full Day (12 hours) $2100

*Travel fees apply outside of Southwestern Ontario

  Services included:  

  • Initial consultation to understand the couple's vision and preferences

  • Vendor coordination, including confirming final details and timelines with all vendors

  • Creation of a detailed wedding day timeline and schedule

  • Coordination of the wedding rehearsal

  • On-site coordination and supervision on the day of the wedding 

  • Assistance with setup and breakdown of the event

  • Oversee all scheduled events outlined for the wedding day (Ceremony, cake cutting, grand entrance, first dance etc.)

  • Set up of personalized items for couple (i.e., receiving table décor, table numbers, guest favours, place cards etc.)

Setup + A Bit of Coordination

  Description:  

The Wedding Day Gal offers a 5-hour on-site setup and coordination service that covers all the wedding day essentials. Your Gal will review the layout and ensure vendors arrive on time. We'll handle the setup of all ceremony items, décor, centerpieces, flowers, and basic DIY décor. We'll be your point of contact throughout the day, coordinating the flow of events and keeping everything on schedule. This package is budget-friendly and is perfect to start your wedding day relaxed and at ease.

This service is for couples who want to take care of most of the wedding planning but want some help with the décor and setup. A little help on the wedding day to ensure everything goes as planned.

  • 5 Hour Total Service: $1200

  Services included:  

  • Initial consultation to understand the couple's vision and preferences for décor

  • Sourcing and/or purchasing décor items as per the couple's requirements

  • Onsite setup and coordination service includes setup of ceremony items, altar décor, petals, programs, escort cards, place cards, table numbers, cake cutting items, centerpieces, flowers, tablecloths, champagne flutes, signs, bar décor, photos, basic DIY décor, lawn games, and props, and much more.

  • Coordination of the décor setup with other vendors (e.g. florist, lighting, etc.)

  • On-site supervision of décor setup on the day of the wedding

  • A little bit of coordination on the day of the wedding depending on how we coordinate the 5 hours onsite setup

Hourly Services

  Description:  

Hourly services for wedding coordination involve providing professional assistance to couples on an hourly basis. This service is designed for my existing couples who need additional help with specific tasks or assistance at their special events such as engagement party, bridal showers, etc.

Couples can purchase as many hours as they need, depending on their specific needs. This service is ideal for couples who want to enjoy the entire experience at every event leading up to their wedding or just need an extra hour added to their existing package.

  • $160 per hour

  • $100 per hour after 3 consecutive hours

  Services included:  

  • Initial consultation to understand the couple's needs and preferences

  • Providing support on specific tasks such as vendor coordination, creating timelines, and finalizing details

  • Assistance with setup and breakdown of the event

  • Assistance & coordination at special events such as bridal shower, engagement party, etc.
